
Booking CONDITIONS
TourJet Booking Conditions
1. Your Contract with TourJet
By booking a holiday with TourJet, you enter into a contract with us. Please ensure you read these booking conditions carefully as they form the basis of your agreement with us.
2. Booking and Payment
A deposit of 20% of the value of your tour (per person) is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 10 weeks before departure. If the booking is made within 10 weeks of departure, the full payment is required immediately.
3. Your Financial Protection
TourJet is a fully bonded travel company, ensuring that your money is protected. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid.
4. Changes by You
If you wish to make changes to your booking after confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes may not always be possible. Any amendments may be subject to additional costs.
5. Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us immediately in writing. Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total holiday cost and vary depending on the notice given:
More than 8 weeks: Deposit only
4 to 8 weeks: 50% of total cost
2 to 4 weeks: 75% of total cost
Less than 2 weeks: 100% of total cost
6. Changes or Cancellation by Us
While we strive to provide your holiday as booked, there may be instances where changes are necessary. If a significant change is required, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the following options:
Accepting the change.
Booking an alternative holiday with us, subject to availability.
Cancelling the holiday and receiving a full refund.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This should cover medical expenses, personal liability, and cancellations.
8. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, any necessary visas, and are up-to-date with health requirements for your destination. TourJet cannot accept responsibility if you are unable to travel due to failing to meet these requirements.
9. Liability
TourJet is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, war, strikes, or epidemics. Our liability is limited to the value of the holiday booked.
10. Complaints
If you encounter a problem during your holiday, please notify your TourJet representative immediately. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact us in writing within 28 days of your return, and we will investigate your complaint.
11. Governing Law
These booking conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes arising under them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales only.
